We accept Paypal (www.paypal.com).
We ship to Paypal confirmed addresses only. Please make sure your PayPal confirmed address is accurate. Shipping charges will not be refunded if the item is returned to us due to a bad address or expired forwarding.
Your order will be shipped the next day after the order was placed unless the next day is a weekend or holiday.
Most items are shipped either USPS Priority or First Class. We try to charge exact shipping costs. For large orders or orders where shipping shows up as zero, shipping will be added and we will email you with the shipping costs for your approval.

We inspect every lava lamp before we ship and guarantee they will be clear when they leave our premises. However, they may arrive cloudy. This is caused by shipping (temperature and vibrations). They will clear up with
use. We have no control over shipping conditions. A cloudy lava lamp is not defective. We will not accept returns on Lava lamps for cloudiness.
Because we cannot control item usage, we cannot be held responsible for
burnt out bulbs or dead batteries. Light bulb and/or battery replacement is
the buyer's responsibility. We do not stock replacement bulbs or batteries for every item we sell. Unless otherwise stated, most novelty lamps are not meant to be used as night lights. Leaving them on for extended periods can damage the lamp. It is also unsafe to leave any lamp on while unattended. All items are not intended for children, unless stated. All items are for indoor use only, unless otherwise stated.
We will ship internationally only at buyer's risk. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted. We will ship USPS Priority International. We will not ship surface. All payments must be made in US dollars. Please email us for

We thoroughly inspect and test every item before we ship for defects and we make sure every item is in perfect working condition before we ship. We guarantee all items shipped are in perfect working new condition. We
package very well using bubble wrap and packing materials. Therefore, all sales are final.
Any returns must be authorized and must be received by us within 14 days of receipt. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Please notify us by email at Gigous@aol.com of any shipping damages
within 3 days of receipt of package. Please notify us immediately of any
shipping damages. We will file a claim with the shipping service on your
behalf. NO replacements will be sent.
We do not carry warranties on items. Please contact the manufacturer for any warranty.
All Private information is encrypted so that it cannot be read by anyone as it travels over the internet.
When you place an order, we require that you provide us with personal
contact and billing information, including your email address, street address and telephone number. We will only use this information to process the orders that you place with us.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We
will only share your address with shipping services for the sole purpose of
delivering your order.
