The best way to contact us is through email. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your questions.
We only ship to confirmed PayPal addresses and will not ship to an address different from your confirmed PayPal address. Please make sure your confirmed PayPal address is accurate and up to date. Shipping charges will not be refunded if the package is returned to us due to a bad address or expired forwarding.
Most items are shipped via USPS Priority or USPS First Class.
Your order will be shipped the next day after the order was placed unless the next day is a Sunday or a postal holiday.
We usually do not accept returns. All items are accurately described. We thoroughly inspect and test every item before we ship for defects and we make sure every item is in perfect working condition before we ship. Any returns must be authorized and must be received by us within 14 days of receipt. Please notify us by email of any shipping damages within 3 days of receipt of package. We will file a claim with the post office on your behalf.
We accept PayPal.
We will ship international. We will ship USPS Global Express or USPS Global Priority. All payments must be made in US dollars. Buyer pays the shipping. On international orders, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
We do not offer free shipping. If a website error or a glitch occurs causing the shipping charges to be zero, we send the buyer a PayPal invoice for the shipping charges.
Wisconsin residents must pay sales tax on the total purchase including shipping charges.
